Launched by California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, the new Employer Portal is a one-stop hub resource for how to operate safely and ensure compliance with state and local guidance.

The portal generates:

- A tailored “road map” of relevant information

- Links to resources specific for each business

- Information about employee benefits, paid sick leave and immediate steps to take in the event of a COVID-19 case at work

The information in the portal is for educational purposes and will not be used for state enforcement activities. Also, it will not ask you for the name of your business or personal information.
