Power Your Drive Trade Organization Communication

Interested in adding EV charging stations to your property at low or no cost?

SDG&E’s new Power Your Drive program will install 3,500 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in apartments, condo’s and workplaces throughout the San Diego region.  Included in the one-time participation payment is the charging station installation, operation, maintenance and billing.  If your business is located in what the California Public Utilities Commission considers a disadvantaged community, the one-time participation payment is waived entirely.  Visit the disadvantaged communities map to find out if your property is located in a one of these communities.

With almost 22,000 EVs on the road in San Diego today, the need for EV charging stations at workplaces is undeniable.  The much-anticipated 238-mile range all-electric Chevrolet Bolt is due to be released on the market by the end of the year!  This car is anticipated to transform the market and increase EV adoption rates with its estimated 119 MPGe.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to have charging stations installed at your facility to increase employee and tenant satisfaction and get in front of the anticipated influx of plug-in electric cars hitting the market.
