The Strategic Alliance (ABASD, CSDBCC, SDCHCC) provides outreach and technical assistance through each organization and jointly as part of the San Diego & Imperial Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network. The Strategic Alliance SBDC provides no-cost advising and consulting services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. The Strategic Alliances SBDC focuses on supporting minority owned businesses with a top priority to empower small business creation and growth to achieve job creation and retention, capital investments, and dynamic innovation that improves the quality of life in our community.
