About the Presenters:
Gina Ganahl is VP of Product Management in Cyber & Intelligence Solutions at Mastercard. She develops customer education programs on cybersecurity and related topics. Gina developed and owns the Mastercard Trust Center, which provides free cybersecurity education, resources, and tools designed to help small and medium businesses improve the security of their digital ecosystem. Prior to joining Mastercard in 2019, Gina was the dean of the School of Accelerated Degree Programs at Lindenwood University. During this presentation, she will give you a tour of the Trust Center so you and your employees can continue your learning journey.
Melanie Gersten is a Director on Mastercard’s Cyber and Intelligence Solutions team developing cybersecurity services for stakeholders. Her primary focus is on building the threat intelligence capabilities offered by Mastercard. Melanie has 10 years of experience in the fraud and cybersecurity industry. Prior to joining the cyber product team at Mastercard, Melanie was on Mastercard’s Account Data Compromise team managing global investigations involving high-profile merchant data breaches. Melanie also previously represented Mastercard at the National Cyber Forensic and Training Alliance.
