Dajana is the founder of DB Retail Consulting Group. She is a highly accomplished and results-oriented entrepreneur and business owner with extensive experience in developing and executing creative strategies to drive business growth, increase and sustain profitability, expand the customer base, and enhance the company’s branding. Dajana has worked as an inside sales rep for an apparel company for close to 20 years. Established the long-term annual directions for the company’s operations. Built and maintained relationships with clients, and vendors to identify needs, provide customized solutions and resolve supply and demand issues.

Mutsumi Cornett

Mutsumi, a purpose-driven mamapreneur, is not only a trauma survivor but also a passionate mental health advocate. She is the visionary founder of North County Therapeutic Massage and the pioneer of "bodywork for mental health." Her vision is to offer a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health with compassion, providing support to individuals dealing with challenges such as anxiety and other mental health issues.

Rozanna Zane

Rozanna Zane is the President & CEO and co-founder of Dovetail Partners Consulting Group, a business solutions firm assisting corporations, associations and non-profit organizations with business management, strategic communications and public affairs for over 22 years. She is also the founder of Affairz Event Consulting, specializing in event production for almost 20 years.

Since 2019, Rozanna has been retained as Chief Administrator of the Asian Business Association San Diego and Asian Business Association Foundation, managing the operations of both organizations, grant writing and overall administration.

A native Californian, Rozanna is a graduate of Cal State University San Marcos, with a Bachelor of Science in Business-High Tech Management. She resides in San Diego with her husband/business partner and three children.
