Vince Vasquez

Vince Vasquez is the President & Principal Investigator of the Policycraft Institute, an independent public policy think tank based in Carlsbad, California. Vince has more than 18 years of experience in public policy research and analysis and has authored studies on small business issues, including Asian- and Pacific Islander-owned businesses in San Diego County. Vince specializes in state and regional economic research, geographic information systems (GIS) mapping, and economic impact analysis. Currently, Vince serves as the Director of Government Relations for National University, a non-profit, veteran-founded university based in San Diego, California, and has been affiliated with the University since 2009. Vince has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego, and a master's in business administration from National University.
