BOBBIE OUDINARATH

Bobbie Oudinarath is an Executive Director for JP Morgan Chase & Co’s business banking in San Diego, California.  Her background encompasses twenty-three years of market leadership and proven track record and experience in the financial services arena.  She has consistently led her team to exceed goals and recognized with the highest distinction of “National Achiever” at her firm.  


Ms. Oudinarath lives in La Jolla with her family.  She has lived in San Diego for over twenty-seven years and hold key leadership positions with many resource groups internally with JPMorgan Chase and externally in the community to support diversity and foster growth for San Diego and California.  Internally, she serves as a JPMorgan Chase Brand Ambassador, is a board member of the Volunteer Leadership Group, is the Market Leadership Team’s (MLT) Business Liaison to the Business Resource Groups, MLT’s internal networking subcommittee, MLT’s community engagement subcommittee, and served as the California Business Banking Diversity Action Group Representative. In addition, she is a member of key Resource Groups of Women on the Move, Adelante, and Aspire. She has been awarded a limited “Chase Champion” lifetime Award, the highest honor an employee can receive at her firm for her leadership and commitment to employee excellence. Recently, Ms. Oudinarath was honored “The Patriotic Employer” by the Office of Secretary of Defense for her work supporting Veterans transition and development into the work force.  Externally, she has volunteered with the Lao Lue Cultural Heritage, the Lao Community Cultural Center of San Diego, served as the Communications Director of Tsunami dragon boat racing team, served as a Senior Advisor to SD Lao Heritage, serves as a Senior Advisor for Dok Kulap Sinlapin, serves as a Board of Director for the Asian Business Association (ABA), serves as a Board of Director for the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC), is a founding member and leader of the Pineapple Club (a women empowerment group), and is a founding member and the Communications Director for both Lao Americans Organization of San Diego and for Lao Advocacy Organization of San Diego (LAOSD is an advocacy group that is leading efforts for Laotian Americans in the state of California and nationwide; originated and passed AB1393 in CA’s Assembly and Senate.  The organization was awarded “Leadership Excellence” from Legacies of War in Washington DC, and the “Outstanding Organization” of the Year by the Asian Pacific American Coalition(APAC)). Ms. Oudinarath graduated from the University of San Diego, California with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biochemistry with Minors in History and Economics with additional Master’s certifications in finance and banking.
