Partitions, Fire suppression, Concrete, Structural steel, Metal fabrication, Cast in place, Sheet metal, Joint sealants, Metal, Doors and hardware, Framing, Storefront, Windows, Skylights, Glazing, Drywall, Acoustical ceiling, Resilient tile, Painting, Bathroom accessories, Fire protection cabinets, Fire extinguisher, Metal lockers, Visual display units, Projection screens, Site furnisher, Plumbing, Drinking fountain, HVAC, HVAC testing, Duct insulation, Electrical, Fire alarm, Site work, Excavation, AC Paving, Landscaping, Hydromulch seeding, Fencing, Insulation, signage, Fire sprinkles , Demo, Concrete saw, Gate, Rails, Overhead doors.



Employment of Apprentices:                                    

Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with California Labor Code sections 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7 concerning the employment and wages of apprentices. Contractor is held responsible for the compliance of their subcontractors with sections 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7.



This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. As of March 1, 2015, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or proposal for a public works project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.


Prior to the Award of the Contract or Task Order, you and your Subcontractors and Suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system. For additional information go to:
