Employment of Apprentices:                                    

APPRENTICES AND TRAINEES (JUL 2005) (a) Apprentices. (1) An apprentice will be permitted to work at less than the predetermined rate for the work performed when employed. Reference FAR 52.222–9 Apprentices and Trainees.


DIR Registration:                                     

This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. As of March 1, 2015, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or proposal for a public works project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.

The City has incorporated mandatory SLBE-ELBE subcontractor participation
