This is a Prevailing Wage project:

The Bidder and all Subcontractors under the Contractor shall pay all workers on all work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of

the California Labor Code. Copies of the general prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed to execute the Contract, as determined by Director of the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, are available upon request at the District’s principal office. Prevailing wage rates are also available on the internet at

We are seeking Subcontractors/Suppliers for ALL trades, including, but not limited to: Concrete/ Metal Fabricator/ Rough Carpentry/ Finish Carpentry/ Roofing/ Insulation/ Sheet Metal/ Doors, Frames and Hardware/ Storefront/ Aluminum Windows/ Plaster/ Acoustical Ceiling/ Site Utilities/ Signage/ Plumbing/ HVAC/ Electrical/Asphalt Paving/ Ceramic Tiles/Concrete Structure . 

Employment of Apprentices:                                    

Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with California Labor Code sections 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7 concerning the employment and wages of apprentices. Contractor is held responsible for the compliance of their subcontractors with sections 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7.


This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. As of March 1, 2015, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or proposal for a public works project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
