Attached please find the legal ads for Furnish & Install HVAC Systems and All Associated Work at District School Sites Regions 1-4, Phase II (IDIQ). The project estimate ranges start at  $38 million and go up to $87 million. Please refer to the ads for individual project ranges and bid due dates. Contractors bidding these projects must be licensed in the following classification(s): B.

The Bid and Contract Documents are available in three formats; hard copy, CD, or online from PlanWell. Hard copy bid documents are available at ARC Global Document Management for a refundable payment of $200 per set; CD’s are available for a non-refundable charge of $50. Online documents are available for download free of charge on PlanWell through ARC,, click on “Public Planroom” and search SDUSD (call 714.424.8525 for online planroom assistance). 

As a reminder, Site Visits are Mandatory ONLY for Bidding Contractors, however subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend. The site visit will start on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 9:00 AM, in front of the main office at Holmes Elementary School, 4902 Mt. Ararat Drive, San Diego, 92111 and upon completion will continue to two other sites. Contractors must be present and sign-in at all three sites to be able to bid this project.

DVBE Program: Pursuant to Resolution In Support of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) approved on May 10, 2011 by the Board of Education, the Bidder is required to satisfy a minimum DVBE participation percentage of at least 3% for this project.
