Summary

We are seeking a senior results oriented Executive to lead the HP Inc Transformation Management Office. This role will report directly to the COO for HP Inc, and will have significant interaction at the Executive Leadership team level particularly between the COO, Global Head of Supply Chain and the CFO.

 

This is an opportunity for a proven leader with a demonstrated global program management pedigree and a proven track record of driving business results and enabling significant change. This role requires a unique blend of both IT Technical expertise and Business Acumen to successfully lead Transformation at a Global level across multiple Global Business Units, Functions and Regions.

 

Experience from within the Technology and Hardware sectors is highly sought after, as is significant experience gained at a global level with ERP Systems Transformation and Implementation is required.

The individual must fit into the HP culture; be able to work in a collaborative environment; be a self-starter and feel comfortable in an ambiguous, constantly evolving, fast-moving environment of shared accountability. Key Responsibilities

·         Reporting directly to the COO this executive will be responsible for driving a series of linked transformation programs globally.

·         Beyond meeting the business objectives incorporated into the business plan, the leader of this organization is expected to deliver this coordinated plan on time and on budget.

·         Most notable of these programs that need to be orchestrated are the Enterprise Data warehouse program, Device as a Service and the Master Data Program.

·         Coordinating all phases of a multi-year ERP program refresh in conjunction with such programs where key dependencies exist and sequencing is needed.

·         In addition to coordinating ERP Program refresh, ensure that programs in flight in Sales Strategy and Operations, as well as Customer support are successfully implemented.

·         Ensuring that the individual strategic initiatives are coordinated and aligned with one another, as well as driving program execution.

·         Create and staff a team that will consist of a combination of consultants and an internal team.

·         Ensure that initiatives are scoped and resourced for success. Communicate and mitigate execution risks.

·         Periodic briefings to the CEO are expected. Success in this role hinges upon ensuring a coordinated business plan exists for each program

 

Role Requirements

Experience:

·         A minimum of 15-20 years’ experience gained in a variety of technical, program management and transformation leadership roles. Ideal candidate will have experience gained at a regional and at a global level.

·         The individual should have a track record of driving change and transformation leadership.

·         Excellent Communication Skills.
