The Role:

IWF seeks highly motivated, flexible and creative applicants for the Manager of Partnerships and External Affairs. The primary responsibility is to provide support across the fundraising and communication functions of the organization.

·         The position supports the fundraising and marketing efforts of IWF and its charitable arm, the Leadership Foundation.

·         The position supports the development and implementation of IWF’s identity, brand and messaging.

·         The position holds an important role in ensuring that communications are clear, strategically tested, targeted and convey a unique voice for IWF.

·         This role requires cross-collaboration and peer-leading within the organization.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Development & Stakeholder Engagement

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with IWF sponsors and partners.

·         Manage and support the stakeholder engagement plan. Organize and participate in meetings with funders, research to find new partners and opportunities, maintaining a list of global thought-leaders.

·         Manage and track sponsor relationships and benefits coordination.

·         Maintain administrative responsibilities as it relates to fundraising, marketing and projects - to include material development, scheduling travel, etc.

·         Logistical support for IWF’s sponsors and partners during the organization’s two annual global conferences.

 

2) Communications & Marketing

·         Draft communications, inclusive of traditional and non-traditional media. Work closely with the Vice President of Partnerships & External Affairs to prepare speeches, presentations and other collateral material for both internal and external audiences.

·         Support communications planning and strategy development.

·         Collaborate with internal creative team on messaging for digital media.

·         Remain abreast of news and opportunities relevant to IWF programs, women’s leadership, global issues, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. Develop reports for the IWF leadership based on findings.

·         Efficiently manage new or unplanned projects with agility and flexibility as they arise.

 

Qualifications: The position calls for a highly organized individual with excellent project management, writing and critical thinking skills. The External Affairs Manager should exhibit a

commitment to the mission of IWF and ideally possess the following professional qualifications and personal attributes with a demonstrated ability in each area:

·         Strong interpersonal skills to manage a broad range of relationships with care

·         Strong, demonstrated writing skills, with a focus on story development

·         Ability to absorb high volume of information from a variety of sources and to synthesize the key elements

·         Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs; a self-starter

·         Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, knowing how to prioritize and adjust timetables based on demand and circumstances

·         Understanding of and experience in driving content for various communication channels, both traditional and non-traditional, with a strong focus on social media

·         Sensitivity and respect for the diversity of IWF, its membership and constituencies

·         Excellent research skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and HTML

·         Occasional domestic and international travel

·         Foreign language proficiency strongly preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree required

·         Minimum of 3 years work experience

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) seeks an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing for the Marketing department. With the guidance of the Brand Marketing Manager, the Associate Brand Marketing Manager will help drive the development, management and execution of the global marketing strategies and games-as-a-service plans for assigned Core portfolio games. 

Duties include managing the development of worldwide creative materials and marketing strategies, and execution on North America marketing plans. The Associate Brand Marketing Manager interfaces with various WBIE divisions including Trade/Retail Marketing, Public Relations, Consumer Insights, Product Development, Technology, Operations, Finance, Mobile Publishing and International as well as with other WB and Time Warner divisions, licensors, developers, promotional partners, and First Parties to execute on cross-divisional and cross-promotional opportunities supporting the titles.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         With the support of the Brand Marketing Manager, the Associate Brand Marketing Manager will assist in developing, orchestrating and executing comprehensive global multi-year marketing plans for assigned console products including maintaining brand, developer and vendor relationships.

·         Manage the development of advertising, promotions, media plans, direct marketing and/or PR activities on assigned titles. Maintain deliverable dates and be accountable for timely delivery of materials.

·         Guide the development of the social media/digital communications/live plan strategy, work with agency vendors on execution, monitor performance, communicate program value within the larger marketing objectives and optimize programs based on results.

·         Work cross-functionally to ensure product development, consumer marketing, digital marketing, PR mobile, research, trade and sales execution is aligned with strategic and financial goals.

·         Manage various agencies to deliver compelling materials on brand, on time and on budget.

·         Monitor North American product marketing budgets to ensure adherence to approved levels.

·         Serve as a marketing and product expert, identify trends and opportunities and recommend enhancements to marketing plans and strategies

·         Identify business opportunities and develop supporting materials.

·         Liaise with International marketing teams to develop local campaign assets and ensure territory initiatives are on strategy.

·         Manage relationships and activities with key external partners such as agencies, first party, and promotional partners.

·         Work closely with functional teams across Warner Bros. (e.g. DC Entertainment, Warner Home Video, TV, Theatrical and WB Consumer Products) and other key partners to develop and execute on cross-promotional programs.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·         BA/BS degree required.

·         Coursework emphasis in business/marketing/communications strongly preferred.

·         4+ years work experience in videogames marketing or digital marketing preferred.

·         Possesses a strong knowledge of social media and digital platforms.

·         Possesses a strong knowledge of the gaming business and games-as-a-service.

·         Demonstrated experience in project management, performance marketing, data analysis, eCRM, user acquisition, campaign optimization and the ability to work across multiple teams.

·         Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills.

·         Results oriented, self-motivated.

·         Extremely organized and detail oriented.

·         Top quality presentation skills.

A Nestle Professional externship is a unique opportunity where you can gain insight into the world of a corporate chef. Our chef’s influence cuisines, menus and operations around the world.

 

As an aspiring chef, you’ll be exposed to every channel of the foodservice industry from fine dining to QSR during an 11-week externship at the Nestle Professional Customer Innovation Campus, in Solon, Ohio.

 

Daily closing checklist – end of day closing procedures to be completed prior to shutting down the kitchen:

·         Food put away  to proper location

·         Dirty equipment and dishes  to dish room

·         Tables/equipment wiped down and polished

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

·         High School Diploma and current student at a Culinary School.

·         Foodservice experience strongly preferred.
